Be aware. This hotel hired bloggers for good review.‼️‼️‼️‼️ ❌Booked in advance for months for high floor and quiet zone but got a low floor and room in front of the elevator.. with people passing all the time. ❌4th floor where i stayed could smell the food from2-3rd floor for breakfast during 6am. ❌Earplug needed as rooms are not shielded form noise on the hallway. Barely slept during the stay😰 ❌The front reception is not well trained as supposed for a 4 star hotel. They should be in 1-2 star hotel. Poor service management and service. This hotel only deserves 2-3 star max ❌Newly renovated hotel with a good design but the room is not well maintained and full of scratch.

A pretty good location with spacious rooms. The room layout and lobby design is chic and trendy. Bell service was excellent. The only significant downside was that the front desk/reception messed up the billing. We paid in cash but apparently they didn't properly record it.... thus causing the checkout procedure to appear as if we had a balance due. Other than that rather unprofessional point, I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Old and dirty. Lousy services. Requested high floor and quited zone but got 4th floor and room was in front of elevator. Room dont have any soundproof and can hear every noises from the hallway. Had very loud construction in the morning.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They literally charge you for EVERYTHING. From towels to even iron your clothes because they don’t have irons here. You have to send it to their laundry. The woman at the counter was super rude and very unhelpful. They literally stayed with my security deposit. Also, no pool either. What kind of 4-star hotel is this? You can hear the noise from the other rooms too. Your money would be better spent somewhere else

Clean room with enough space for living. The hotel don’t have any household item except soap and shampoo. They don’t give you any facial tissue or any kitchen item such as plate fork,spoon or bowel. The best point for this hotel is new and clean.

A very stylish and instagrammable hotel! Worth the money. Service was very good as well. Thanks to the staff for giving me a free room upgrade to deluxe double. There’s also a cozy Starbucks at the lobby with seatings available. You can also bring your own food in to dine :)

Good service. Good price. Nice view. But there is only one (or two?) elevator and no stairs. So sometime you have to wait for too long just to get to your room.

Overall a very good experience with Graph hotel. Service was exceptional, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast buffet spread was good. Only downside is that the nearest BTS is quite a walk away. However definitely will come back again! Would like to take this opportunity to commend Gata from concierge. She was steadfast in attending to my issues (had a suit sent wrongly) and queries that I had. Very cheerful and helpful! 👍🏻
